As concerns about COVID-19 continue to rise, we would like to provide you with an update on how we are preparing and planning to provide you with uninterrupted diagnostics and service during this time.

Our dedicated team is continuing to work normal business hours, we are however monitoring advice from government and health officials in the communities where our employees live and work and will continue to offer unmatched diagnostics, expedient turnaround time and extraordinary customer service.

We have implemented stringent protocols with regard to the frequency of our cleaning policies by regularly sanitising and disinfecting all equipment and surfaces in and around our laboratory and offices.

The health and safety of our clients and co-workers is our top priority. We are providing staff members with regular updates and information and have implemented new practices for regular hand-washing and sanitising along with other safety measures. Business and air travel has been suspended and we have a strict no-handshake policy with all meetings being minimized where possible.

Furthermore, we have also implemented a new policy whereby all deliveries and collections are done in isolation so as to ensure the safety of both our team and the couriers entering our facilities.

As a company and as individuals, we are committed to positive action during this time whilst providing you with committed and passionate dermatopathology services.
